Capturing real smiles, real moments, and real memories

contact & about me

Our “hours” I put that in quotations because honestly we have no set hours – but below is a general idea of what we attempt to do.  We are pretty flexible when it comes to shoots so if you can’t find a time that works for you on our online calendar then feel free to shoot us an email to chat more about it.

Sunday – This is our one day off – it’s reserved for church, family, and in the Fall – our son’s football games.

Monday and Friday – In the office – 9:30 – 2:30

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday – we shoot from 4:30 – dusk.

Saturday – we shoot all hours of daylight!

And lots of lots of late nights. 🙂

If you need to contact me please email me at or call me at 402-708-3707.  I do have four children and email is generally best because I can return your email at 2am – but I can’t call you then. 😉

This is my crew… I love these kiddos more than life itself. I wouldn’t know what to do with out them. Each of them have such a special and unique personality that I wouldn’t change for anything. No matter what kind of day I have had – there isn’t a night that I don’t go in and look at them sleeping and thank God for them. They are the reason that I work so hard, and they are the reason I love what I do.  I know you guys feel the same way about your kids and I want to be able to help capture these special moments for you.

A little about me…

I am a photographer that specializes in maternity, newborns, babies, children, high school seniors, and families.  My style is casual and relaxed, and my goal is to capture real smiles, real memories and real moments.

I love…

Taking my kids on wagon rides, working with my dad in his workshop, seeing my husband laugh at his own jokes, and running on cool summer mornings.

Special K cereal, lawn games, Husker Football Saturdays, and watching my oldest son play sports.

Kisses and snuggles from my sweet baby girl, holding my little guy’s hand and going on adventures together, seeing my oldest  boy smile and succeed, and cookie dates and shopping with my daughter.

Fountain Diet Coke, Crystal Light, and Hot Tamales.

Happy hour, hearing stories about “how it used to be” from my grandparents, HGTV and traveling.

Newborn cries, baby coos, giggles from 3 year olds, and high school seniors photo shoots.

My kids praying at the dinner table, thunderstorms, 80’s Arnold movies with my boys, Sunday mornings at church and Monday nights with our small group. Road trips, laughing with my best friend on the phone, and even better – in person.

March Madness, sitting and talking in my mom’s kitchen, my Winterburn Road family, Craigs List and flea markets, the mountains, new and old beautiful homes and barns, and my dog laying next to me at night in the living room.

I’m a firm believer in it taking a village to raise a child, things happening for a reason, there being nothing like having good girlfriends to talk to, God, family dinners, giving back and hard work.

I love having a job that I adore, family, friends and clients that support me, capturing memories and moments for families every day and freezing little pieces of time that pass by all too quickly.
